Not guaranteed accurate. AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify against official sources before making decisions about your benefits, healthcare, or legal rights.
3. Your Account
Access requires signing in with a Google account. We use Google OAuth: we never see or store your password. Your email address is used solely to verify your authorized access.
We may revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
4. Beta Program
As a beta tester, you understand that:
- The product is incomplete and may contain bugs
- Features may be added, changed, or removed
- Service interruptions may occur
- Your feedback helps improve the product for the veteran community
Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide become the property of Veteran Analytics LLC. We may use them to improve the product without obligation or compensation to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit content from this site
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the service
- Present AI-generated responses as official VA guidance, legal advice, or accredited claims assistance
- Use the service on behalf of others in a professional capacity without independent verification of all output
- Attempt to access administrative functions, other users’ data, or backend systems
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
Source materials (statutes, regulations, Federal Register notices, published research) are U.S. government works in the public domain or are cited under fair use.
The platform itself (including its design, AI synthesis methodology, user interface, and branding) is the property of Veteran Analytics LLC. All rights reserved.
7. Privacy
Your use of this service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. Key points:
- If you are signed in, your conversations are saved to your account until you delete them; you control deletion from the workspace
- Anonymous sessions are never linked to your identity and expire after 24 hours
- Our security and operations logs never contain your question text or your identity
- Document tools (Forms Assistant, Calculator) operate entirely in your browser
- We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” VETERAN ANALYTICS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or current
- The service will meet your specific needs
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, VETERAN ANALYTICS LLC, ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Because this is a free beta program, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder survives in full force. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Veteran Analytics LLC regarding the service. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign or transfer these terms. We may assign them freely.

You must be 13 years of age or older to use this service.
14. Text Messaging Program
Veteran Analytics LLC operates a beta-invitation text messaging program. By submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive beta-invitation and account-setup messages from Veteran Analytics LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
